I had my first meet yesterday. I ran the 4x200 and 4x400. Im probably going to drop the high jump, at least until I feel no more back pain. I dont know what my break time for the 200 was, but i ran the 3rd leg of the 4X400 and i didnt run it very fast in my mind. I didnt push myself to my death limit, I just ran comfortably. 59 seconds. Best on my relay team, but not great in my mind.
